Before sales, we offer free product catalogues and consultation via the phone and the internet. Also we help customers design factory buildings and layout of equipment as well as calculate the essential equipment and capital investment on the project. What's more, we can help our customers hire Senior Engineers for short term or long term employment, in order to facilitate the customer starting production at the beginning of the project.
The delivery time is 30 days counting from the next day after we receive the prepayment. We deliver a weekly report on the equipment production progress in our factory to the customer before shipment.
All our equipment comes with one year warranty. For problems occurring due to inferior product quality, we offer solutions free of charge.
In addition, customers can expect services such as design, customization, installation and training. OEM service is available, upon request.
