The double color EVA foam injection molding machine is equipped with two full automatic and high-efficiency injectors, a high performance mould clamping system and a PC control system. Using EVA as the raw material, the EVA foam injection molding machine can produce midsole, sole and various kinds of EVA foaming products flexibly.
1. Injection system of Injection Molding Machine
The measuring mechanism which uses potentiometer detection, along with PLC and PC, can compute and control material quantity precisely. With the worm gear reducer and the brake motor, the two injectors run at a high speed which is controlled by the pulse encoder. Orientation is of high accuracy.
2. Mould clamping system of Injection Molding Machine
The two-step speedy mould opening/clamping mechanism comes with a detection device of full mould opening. The double color EVA foam injection molding machine provides large mould design, which, with high compatibility, enables the flexible use of various types of moulds

3. Computer control system of Injection Molding Machine
The PLC control module works through a graphic display interface to show all monitoring information and setting conditions: material input amount, injection temperature, mould temperature, operation time, output, mould data, etc. All operation processes can be controlled and performed on the touch screen. Besides, the operation instructions are easy to be learned. The man-machine interface enables easy maintenance and malfunction detection, which is time saving. Multi-stage code control enables settings for different management levels from operators, maintenance men to managers, which can avoid man-made negligence and keep production information safe.
4. Hydraulic system (Oil pressure system) of Injection Molding Machine
Using proportional control valve coupled with computer control system, the hydraulic system of the EVA foam injection molding machine can accurately keep control of the flow of multistage pressure and speed. Pumps are designed to reduce the noise level and improve efficiency.
