Features
1. Injection System
EVA sandal injection machine is run under PLC and PC systems. Counting mechanism and potentiometer are applied to count accurate material quantity. EVA sandal injection moulding machine is driven by linear sliding rail and broke motor, and it moves fast by controlling of frequency converter. Location device of EVA sandal injection machine applies rotary encoder to inspect the exact location.
2. Mould Closing System
EVA sandal injection machine works has highly efficient mould opening and closing systems and its mould closing system is in a hermetic unit.
3. Controlling System
It applies human-computer interaction interface and touch screen on basis of windows operation system. Our EVA sandal injection machine realizes real-time controlling in producing process, including material rotate speed, injection quantity, infection time, injection temperature, sulfuring time and productivity. In PLC and PC controlling system, EVA sandal injection moulding machine is clear and easy to manipulate.
4. Oil Hydraulic System
Proportional control valve to control oil pressure and flow is applied by EVA sandal injection machine.
5. Energy Saving
Water-free heating plates in thermal insulation material reduce energy consumption.
6. Others
According to Ergonomics, EVA sandal injection machine is designed in low operation height. Apart from this, stepless mould thickness adjusting is applied to produce moulds in thickness of 100-260 mm.
