Components
The upper and strap injection machine is mainly made up by main machine, auxiliary machine and disc feeder.


Features
1. It is specialized in production of uppers and straps for single/double/three color PVC shoe products, such like slippers, sandals and thin soles.
2. The three color upper and strap injection machine is controlled by PLC in an industrial computer-human interactive interface system.
3. Double proportional hydraulic system is applied to control pressure and flow, which makes operation easier, reasonable and convenient and realizes stable quality of products. 
4. Digital measurement makes data accurate.
5. Upper and strap injection machine is designed rationally and considerately in operation, so it can work even without professors. 
6. It meets high productivity with low energy consuming and human labor.
7. Main machine can be interchanged with auxiliary machine to produce one/two/three color products.
8. Oil cylinder diameter of our three color upper and strap injection machine is 250mm, which is different from the diameter (220mm) of those by other manufacturers. Clamping force of our machines is 80T, 20T larger than that of machines by other manufacturers.
